Interesting guests:
- Alexander Pidzhi – shared curious information about the requirements for using the Russian language in public information.
- Garrett Johnston – gave a talk about people, AI, and where everything is heading.
Irina Shvedova also pleasantly surprised me with her report. It was genuinely interesting to listen to her.
The rest of the presentations were mostly self-promotion: “look what we can do, aren’t we great?” Well, that’s normal. You have to advertise and remind people about yourself.
Was it interesting and useful? Yes. But honestly, you could have safely shown up only for the second part, where the main guest of the event spoke.
